Junior Buyer

Are you a highly motivated individual looking to kick-start your career in purchasing? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for supply chain management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a Junior Buyer.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the procurement of goods and services at the best price and quality
– Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and terms of agreement
– Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services
– Coordinate production planning activities to ensure timely delivery of materials
– Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures
– Collaborate with logistics team to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods
– Support e-commerce initiatives by managing online product listings and inventory
– Assist in supply chain management activities to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
Qualifications:
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
– Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
