Who are Staff Selection UK ?
Founded in 2021 by Jamie Wood, Staff Selection is a Yorkshire based Recruitment Agency who are working hard to become the market leader within our sectors throughout the UK.
Having started as a Junior Recruitment Consultant in 2017 working his way right through to Director level by 2022 Jamie always knew what he wanted to do. After seeing gaps in the market and an opportunity to change the way recruitments perceived for people wanting to get into the sector he decided it was the right time to embark on his own journey and Staff Selection UK was born. Things started to pick up quickly and due to industry knowledge he soon found himself needing office space and a base to call home. Quickly followed by needing additional hires due to amount of people wanting to utilise his expertise in the market it quickly turned Staff Selection into what it is today.
Our main focus was to start right at the bottom and start building relationships from the ground up our own way. As a Recruitment Partner, we are working to become a long-term partner for all our clients, making them our top priority and ensuring the candidates we assign to work for them represent us as a leading Yorkshire Recruitment Agency.
We want to do things differently and are already making waves in the market with some fantastic clients and long may it continue. We believe this is just the beginning for Staff Selection and we’re just getting started.

Amazing company, amazing boss, amazing values.
Pros
After working in recruitment for 10 years I have never felt so looked after at a company before. The support and training is second to non. The owner is very accessible and will help anyone within the business. You can share and be vocal about new ideas without been shot down. Working environment is fantastic, gym onsite a spa onsite and a very modern office to work comfortably in. The team is so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t wish for better work colleagues.

Non! I’ve not had one con since starting with staff selection. It’s honestly an amazing place to work.

Staff Selection UK are simply a fantastic company to work for, with unbelievable career path opportunities. Senior management strive to constantly make you better and push you to make sure that you reach your full potential. The working environment is second to none with outstanding employee benefits. All employees are treated exactly the same which is why the company has such a family feeling, I can honestly say SSUK are like no other recruitment agency it’s such a great place to work!
