Contracts Manager Opportunity in Liversage! Structural Steel Company!
Are you an experienced and highly organized Contracts Manager seeking a new challenge within the structural steel industry? Look no further! We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Contracts Manager in Liversage.
Job Role:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining excellent communication
- Attend meetings with clients and other stakeholders to discuss project requirements and progress
- Undertake nationwide site surveys, measuring sites accurately for efficient project planning
- Collaborate closely with the drawing teams, providing accurate site survey reports
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required based on project needs
- Salary Range: Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the structural steel industry
- Excellent project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing budgets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients
- Full UK driving license for nationwide travel
