We are currently seeking a Business Support Coordinator to join our client in Leeds. This role is permanent, offering full-time hours from Monday to Friday
As a Business Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our operations team, helping to ensure the smooth running of our business processes. You will play a vital role in the coordination and organization of various administrative tasks, as well as assisting with project coordination and customer communications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing relevant documentation
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and post
- Support project coordination, including tracking progress, deadlines, and budget updates
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and relay information accurately
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in various systems and databases
- Assist in the preparation and execution of events and workshops
- Provide general administrative support to the team, as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination role is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic project management principles is advantageous
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Salary:
The salary for this role is in the range of £27,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
