Position:Fitter/Assembler
Experience: 75% Mechanical, 25% Electrical
The Role:
– Assemble complex mechanical and electrical components to construct high-quality systems following detailed technical plans and specifications.
– Perform precision measurements, alignments, and fittings to ensure optimal functioning of systems.
– Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, ensuring products meet rigorous quality standards.
– Utilize your mechanical expertise to assemble, install, and maintain pumping systems, paying attention to every detail to ensure peak performance.
– Apply your electrical knowledge to install and connect electrical components, ensuring proper wiring, insulation, and adherence to safety protocols.
– Assist in the testing and validation of systems, diagnosing any mechanical or electrical malfunctions and implementing necessary repairs.
– Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
– Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to continually enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
Experience:
A strong background with at least 75% of your experience focused on mechanical assembly, accompanied by 25% electrical assembly experience.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, with hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, fitting, and measurement techniques.
Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring, capable of installing and connecting electrical systems.
Familiarity with pneumatics and pumping systems, as well as hands-on experience working with such systems.
